SD BIOTECH GROUP will soon launch a combination transformation project of antibiotic free technology solutions with Shandong Hengyuan Ecological Agriculture Co., Ltd. and Jinlan Dairy Taian Jinlan Dairy Farming Company.

Shandong Hengyuan Ecological Agriculture Co., Ltd. covers a total area of 763.46 acres, including vegetable base, breeding base, and comprehensive seedling base. The park currently has 52 solar greenhouses, 2 arched circular greenhouses, and is equipped with a technical exchange center, product precision processing workshop, and refrigeration warehouse. Strong strength, scientific management, and advanced technology have enabled it to obtain national vegetable standard gardens.

Hengyuan Ecological Agriculture Ecological Park, ecology is the only passport. Natural growth is the common way of growth for all organisms in the ecological park. Any inorganic fertilizers or chemical pesticides are prohibited here, and the use of any growth hormone is also prohibited. It is this dedication to green quality that makes Hengyuan ecological agriculture become the direct supply product base of Luneng Mount Taishan Football Club and Luneng Table Tennis Club.

SD BIOTECH GROUP, in collaboration with Shandong Agricultural University and Hengyuan Ecological Agriculture Base, has completed a project to promote the production technology of antibiotic free high-quality (antioxidant, nutrient rich, long shelf life) pork. 

This project focuses on fattening pigs under the condition of no anti Japanese food, using plant extracts to maintain intestinal health, prevent and enhance epidemic resistance, as well as amino acid, trace element, and vitamin nutrition to strengthen and improve meat quality through a combination of technical solutions.

The product developed by SD BIOTECH GROUP in the technical combination scheme is a mixed feed additive formula mainly composed of stress Ning: Meifei No. 3 and trans anise ether. Research and develop pork brands with good color, long shelf life, high antioxidant content, rich nutrition, and low cholesterol. 

Jinlan Dairy has a pristine and pollution-free green pasture: the pasture has an investment of 50 million yuan and covers an area of 200 acres, making it a large-scale breeding demonstration farm. We imported Holstein cow mother from New Zealand and Australia, and bred bulls from the United States and Canada. Following the layout rules of milk resources in advanced countries around the world, we established a high standard modern pasture. According to international advanced standards and management methods, we effectively centralized management of cow feeding, centralized epidemic prevention, and scientific nutrition formulas.

In order to study the production technology of high SOD, vitamin E, and selenium rich milk, SD BIOTECH GROUP collaborated with Jinlan Dairy to conduct a study on the synergistic effect of bacterial enzymes under whole plant corn TMR on improving the production performance and milk quality of Holstein cows.

This project focuses on the production of dairy cows. Under the whole plant corn TMR, the production performance of cows is improved through the synergy of bacteria and enzymes, thereby improving milk quality. Shengdao Biotechnology Group uses three core technologies: modern microbial technology, cutting-edge plant extract technology, and antibacterial enzyme technology to provide a technical combination solution for this project, and research and develop high SOD and selenium rich dairy products.
