The Key Research and Development Program of Shandong Province (Major Science and Technology Innovation Project) project "Research and Application of Key Technologies for Environmentally Friendly Antibiotic Free Feed and Alternative Antibiotic Breeding for Pigs and Poultry" has been approved for approval (2019JZZY020609). It is the needs of the times, the government, and the industry.

The project will focus on research and development in five aspects, forming a series of key technological innovations and physical and chemical achievements with independent intellectual property rights, achieving significant breakthroughs in environmentally friendly pig and poultry antibiotic free feed and alternative breeding key technologies, and creating antibiotic substitute products, antibiotic free feed products, and supporting solutions with source innovation and completely independent intellectual property rights (including alternative antimicrobial strains, feed raw materials, additive formulations, additive products, additive processing technology; antibiotic free feed formulas and feed products; non antibiotic treatment formulations and breeding technology regulations; antibiotic free pig and poultry product standards and physical and chemical products; antibiotic free patents and research papers; and industrial demonstration production lines). Breaking through the blockade of foreign alternative resistance technologies and products, forming independent intellectual property alternative resistance products, filling the gap in China's non resistant pig and poultry products and quality standards, and competing with the international community.
