Starting is a decisive battle, starting is a sprint! The SD BIOTECH GROUP All Staff Development Conference was held in Wufeng Mountain and Mount Taishan. General managers of several branches of the Group and heads of departments attended the conference.

The group company is closely focused on the goal of "building an industrial chain ecology", increasing research and development investment, deepening industrial chain planning, and firmly implementing the "four-dimensional integration" product development and application tactical plan around the "one machine, two wings" strategic development plan of plant extract technology and microbial technology. All levels of departments worked together and worked hard to achieve a sales growth of 104%. A total of 237350000 meat and poultry (feathers), 13273366 egg and poultry (breeding birds), and 11170454.54 meat pigs (mu pigs) enjoyed the benefits brought by Shengdao products, promoting the super speed of the breeding sector from equipment installation to egg production in just 6 months.

At the same time, starting from 2021, the group has hired Professor Yang Zaibin, a recipient of the National Science and Technology Progress Second Prize and a professor from Shandong Agricultural University, as the chief designer of technological innovation for the group company, and Professor Yang Weiren, a professor from Shandong Agricultural University and vice chairman of the Tai'an Municipal Revolutionary Committee, as the general consultant for technological innovation for the group company. With the support and promotion of two professors, the company won the third prize of Shandong Provincial Livestock Science and Technology Award. Its flagship products, "Stress Ning" and "Yan Ning", were respectively awarded the honorary titles of "Two Low and One High" feed formula new technology and "2021 Innovative Feed Additive". As a result, the company was also elected as a member of the 10th Council of Shandong Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Society, with a term of five years.

The conference is honored to invite Professor Yang Zaibin and Professor Yang Weiren to provide guidance and suggestions on the future development path of Shengdao Biology. The two mentors shared the opportunities and challenges of the industry, the opportunities and future of technological innovation, the mechanism of product development and industry value evaluation, and provided planning and guidance for future development in various sectors. Yunji Agriculture and Animal Husbandry is the first project of the company to link upstream and downstream industries and create an industrial chain ecology. It is a 500000 piece 80 non resistant fresh egg breeding project jointly built with Hemei Hua Group. This project will be officially put into operation in October 2021, specializing in the production of non resistant and nutritious fresh eggs. The first high standard chicken coop in China that can produce five types of functional eggs. This provides strong support for functional egg segmentation and scientific research. Under the strict guidance of the "five high" standards of high breeding environment, high construction and equipment standards, high variety and breeding standards, high feeding management standards, and high personnel configuration standards, this project has created a model project for green agricultural circular economy and has been recognized by the industry and customers. Obtained certificates of strength such as "Agricultural Product Supply Base in the Central City of the Yangtze River Delta", and won the first prize honor of the "High level Talent Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition" awarded by the local government. This project is the project that the joint entrepreneurial team of the group has gone through the most hardships, and it also best reflects the entrepreneurial and striving spirit.
