On December 18-19, 2021, the 10th Member Representative Conference of Shandong Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Society was successfully held in Tai'an. Professor Li Xiangdong, member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and Vice President of Shandong Agricultural University, Mr. Tang Jianjun, Director of the Shandong Provincial Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Bureau, Mr. Ge Yuzhi, Secretary of the Social Organization Party Committee, Minister of the Society Department, and First level Researcher of the Shandong Association for Science and Technology, and other leading guests attended the opening ceremony and delivered speeches. Researcher Qu Xuxian, Vice Chairman and Director of the Shandong Provincial Animal Husbandry Station, read out a congratulatory letter from the China Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Society. Professor Zhu Lianqin, Vice Chairman, member of the Party Committee of Qingdao Agricultural University, and Vice President, and other members of the Council leadership attended the meeting.

Mr. Zhu Facheng, Director of the Science and Market Information Department of Shandong Provincial Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Bureau, Mr. Lu Daoxin, Director of Tai'an Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Service Center, Mr. Zhu Baoku, Secretary of the Party Committee of the School of Animal Science and Technology of Shandong Agricultural University, Professor Jiang Shijin, Chairman of the Supervisory Committee of the Society and Vice Dean of the School of Animal Science and Technology (School of Veterinary Medicine) of Shandong Agricultural University, and other guests attended the meeting.

Professor Wang Zhonghua, Chairman of the Society and Director of the Science and Technology Department of Shandong Agricultural University, delivered a work report on behalf of the 9th Council. Professor Cui Yanshun, Secretary of the Society's Party Branch, Vice Chairman and Secretary General, presided over the meeting and introduced the preparations for the meeting, as well as provided explanations for the amendment of the constitution. The conference elected the tenth council of the society.

At the first session of the 10th Council, Professor Wang Zhonghua was elected as the Chairman, Professor Cui Yanshun was elected as the Vice Chairman and Secretary General, and experts such as Researcher Qu Xuxian, Professor Zhu Lianqin, and Professor Zhou Qihu were elected as Vice Chairmen. In this election, SD BIOTECH GROUP was elected as a member of the 10th Council of Shandong Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Society, and Mr. Li Zhaoyong, the Chairman of the company, was elected as a member of the 10th Council of Shandong Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Society.

Mr. Li graduated from Shandong Agricultural University, MBA of Renmin University of China, senior animal husbandry engineer, one of the founders of Keweibo Group, and now serves as the vice president and product director of Beijing Keweibo Biological Group, chairman of SD BIOTECH GROUP, and deputy secretary general of feed science and technology professional committee of Shandong Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Association. Participated in the compilation of works such as "China Feed Raw Material Procurement Guide (Second Edition)" and "600 New Piglet Feed Formulas". Participated in the application for nine national invention patents, published 2 SCI indexed articles and over 20 articles in domestic core journals, proficient in the precise application of feed formulas and additives. Mr. Li has maintained close scientific research cooperation with the School of Zoology at Shandong Agricultural University since graduation, and began to establish the "Science for PhD Scholarship" at the School of Zoology in 2012 for five years. In the same year, he was awarded the title of "Shandong Agricultural University Student Entrepreneurship Model". In 2015, he was appointed as an entrepreneurship mentor at the School of Animal Science and Technology and the School of Food and Engineering of Shandong Agricultural University.
