The Third Member Representative Conference of Shandong Feed Industry Association and the 2023 Shandong Feed Industry High Quality Development Forum will be held in Weifang from August 31 to September 1, 2023. Liu Fengjun, former Deputy Secretary of the Party Group and Second level Inspector of Shandong Provincial Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Bureau, Du Minghong, former Deputy Director and Second level Inspector of Shandong Provincial Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Bureau, Huang Bingliang, President of Shandong Feed Industry Association, Zhao Hongshan, Deputy Director of the Feed and Veterinary Drug Department of Shandong Provincial Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Bureau, Meng Fandong, Director of Weifang Livestock and Animal Husbandry Development Center, Li Yuzhong, former Deputy Director of Weifang Livestock and Animal Husbandry Development Center, Yang Zaibin, Professor of Shandong Agricultural University, Lin Yingting, Professor of Qingdao Agricultural University, and Yang Weiren, Professor of Shandong Agricultural University, attended the conference. More than 350 people attended the meeting, including leaders in charge of agriculture and rural bureaus, animal husbandry and veterinary centers, heads of feed departments, presidents and secretaries of feed associations in some cities, vice presidents, executive directors, directors of associations, and representatives of member units.

The Feed Science and Technology Industry Committee of Shandong Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Society was awarded the honorary title of "Outstanding Contribution Unit of Shandong Feed Industry in 2023" at this conference.

Mr. Li Zhaoyong, President of SD BIOTECH GROUP, was awarded the honorary title of "exemplary individual in Shandong Feed Industry".

Mr. Li Zhaoyong graduated from Shandong Agricultural University, MBA of Renmin University of China, senior animal husbandry engineer, vice president of Beijing Keweibo Biological Group, co-founder of SD BIOTECH GROUP, director of Shandong Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Association, and deputy secretary general of feed science and technology professional committee of Shandong Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Association. Participated in the compilation of works such as "China Feed Raw Material Procurement Guide (Second Edition)" and "600 New Piglet Feed Formulas". Six scientific research achievements have won provincial-level or above scientific and technological awards, participated in the application of nine national invention patents, published 3 SCI indexed articles, and more than 20 articles in domestic core journals. Proficient in the precise application of feed formulas and additives. Received the title of "Shandong Agricultural University Student Entrepreneurship Model" and was appointed as an entrepreneurship mentor at the School of Animal Science and Technology and the School of Food and Engineering of Shandong Agricultural University.
