On the morning of July 21st, the responsible persons and financial managers of Qingdao Weitali and Shandong Danuo analyzed and discussed the company's operating conditions and key financial data for the first half of the year; In the afternoon, under the leadership of Li Zhaoyong, Chairman of SD BIOTECH GROUP, an analysis and summary were conducted on the current financial situation, customer base status, and value creation status of various departments of the entire SD BIOTECH GROUP. At the same time, the difficulties and improvement directions faced in the work were analyzed, and a work plan for the second half of the year was proposed.
On the morning of July 22nd, in order to enhance the cohesion of employees, promote mutual communication and interaction, the company organized a team building hiking activity with the theme of "Working Together to Build a City in 2023 and Move Forward Together. In the process of climbing, we overcame the hot weather, mosquito bites, and physical fatigue. After two hours of unremitting efforts, we climbed to the top of Fan Cliff of Mount Taishan Mountain. The mountain is high and the road is far, but the journey is approaching; Only by bravely challenging and climbing can we enjoy a better view of the scenery. This is the same as our career journey. This mountain climbing activity not only demonstrated the positive spirit of the staff at Shengdao, but also enhanced the relationships and cohesion among team members.
