Weigh 10g of corn substrate from a certain company in the market and place it in three volumetric flasks. After testing, the content of aflatoxin B1, vomitoxin, and zearalenone in the samples was 30ug/kg, 3mg/kg, and 0.5mg/kg, respectively. Add 0.1mg of mycophenolate mofetil and 20g of artificial simulated gastric acid, shake and mix evenly at 39 ℃, and take samples to detect the toxin content at 1h, 2h, and 4h of reaction.
Testing items | AFB1 | DON | ZEN |
Theoretical concentration ng | 300 | 30000 | 5000 |
1h Residual amount ng | 24.7 | 19500 | 677 |
1h Degradation amount ng | 275.3 | 10500 | 4323 |
1h Degradation rate | 91.77% | 35.00% | 86.46% |
2h Residual amount ng | 28.8 | 8225 | 530 |
2h Degradation amount ng | 271.2 | 21775 | 4470 |
2h Degradation rate | 90.40% | 72.58% | 89.40% |
4h Residual amount ng | 27.2 | 2140 | 512 |
4h Degradation amount ng | 272.8 | 27860 | 4488 |
4h Degradation rate | 90.93% | 92.87% | 89.76% |

From the above figure, it can be seen that after 4 hours of degradation with the addition of mycophenolics, the degradation rate of aflatoxin B1 was 90.93%, the degradation rate of zearalenone was 89.76%, and the degradation rate of vomitoxin was 92.87%.
