Abstrac:In order to study the effect of adding Yanning 10 to drinking water on commercial broiler chickens, this experiment selected 20000 healthy 1-day-old Ross 308 commercial broiler chickens with similar body weight, and randomly divided them into 2 treatments, with 5 replicates in each treatment and 2000 chickens in each replicate. The control group had normal drinking water, while the experimental group received concentrated water intake based on the addition of 10300g/ton of Yanning feed. The experiment is divided into two stages (1-21 days; 22-42 days). Experimental chicken cage feeding with pellet feed. Comparative analysis of production performance: Compared with the control group, adding Yanning 10 to drinking water had no significant effect on the average daily feed intake (ADFI), daily weight gain (ADG), feed to gain ratio (F/G), and 21 day body weight of broiler chickens (1-21 days, 1-42 days) (P>0.05), but significantly increased the 42 day body weight and average daily feed intake (ADFI) of broiler chickens (22-42 days) (P<0.05). Economic benefit analysis: Compared with the control group, adding Yanning 10 to drinking water can increase the benefit by 0.17 yuan per chicken (current market situation).

1 Materials and Methods
1.1 Test Materials
Yanning 10: Plant functional ingredient formula product. Provided by Shengdao Biotechnology (Shandong) Co., Ltd.
1.2 Experimental animals and design
20000 healthy 1-day-old Ross 308 commercial broiler chickens were selected and randomly divided into 2 treatments, with 5 replicates per treatment and 2000 chickens per replicate (see Table 1). Treatment 1: Control group, drinking water normally; Treatment 2: On the basis of Treatment 1, convert the amount of Yanning added to 10300 g/ton of feed into concentrated drinking water. The experimental basic diet was formulated with reference to the conventional diet of the breeding farm. The detailed composition and nutritional level of the diet are shown in Table 2.
1.3 Test Method
Feeding experiment:The experiment is divided into two stages: broiler chickens (1-21d) and broiler chickens (22-42d). Experimental chicken cage feeding with pellet feed.
Production performance:Accurately record feed intake, weigh at 21 and 42 days. Calculate the average daily feed intake (ADFI), daily weight gain (ADG), feed to gain ratio (F/G), and European index.
Economic benefits:Comparison of economic benefits.
1.4 Data statistics and analysis
The data was analyzed using SAS 9.2 software, and Duncan's multiple range test was used to compare the mean values, with a significance level of P<0.05.
2 Results and Analysis
2.1 Comparative analysis of production performance
The effects of adding Yanning 10 to drinking water on the production performance of broiler chickens are shown in Tables 3, 4, and 5. Compared with the control group, the addition of Yanning 10 to drinking water had no significant effect on the average daily feed intake (ADFI), daily weight gain (ADG), feed to gain ratio (F/G), and 21 day body weight of broiler chickens (1-21 days, 1-42 days) (P>0.05), but significantly increased the 42 day body weight and average daily feed intake (ADFI) of broiler chickens (22-42 days) (P<0.05). Numerically speaking, with the control group's production performance indicators set at 100%, the experimental group can increase the average daily feed intake (ADFI), daily weight gain (ADG), and European index of broiler chickens (1-42 days), and increase the daily weight gain (ADG) of broiler chickens (22-42 days) by 3.45%. This proves that adding Yanning 10 to drinking water can improve the production performance of broiler chickens.
2.2 Economic Benefit Analysis
The benefit of adding 0.17 yuan to a chicken (current market situation). Calculated based on 10000 chickens, it can increase the economic benefits by 1703 yuan. This indicates that adding Yanning 10 to drinking water can increase the economic benefits of broiler chickens.
3 Conclusion
3.1 Yanning 10 can improve the production performance of broiler chickens, with a more significant improvement in production performance during the 22-42d stage of broiler chickens.
3.2 Adding Yanning 10 to the drinking water of broiler chickens can increase their benefits by 0.17 yuan per chicken; Every 10000 broiler chickens can increase income by 1703 yuan.
